Several folks have asked – “What do the red Made in Alabama lapel pins designate?”

Spearheaded by the Alabama Department of Commerce, the Made in Alabama initiative is a way to promote economic development in our state. Thriving industries include Aerospace, Automotive, Biotechnology, Corporate Operations, and more.

North Alabama Commerical Brokerage Association (NALCOM) Meeting

Commerical Brokerage

At this morning’s North Alabama Commercial Brokerage Association (NALCOM) meeting, Doug and I presented fellow commercial real estate professional and University of Tennessee graduate John Hayden with a UT rocking chair to congratulate him on his retirement.

(For one day I was willing to wear orange, but only for a real estate professional who has made positive and countless contributions to our field amidst a time in Huntsville in which few dared to explore it!)

Thank you, John Hayden, and congratulations!
